I’m back!!!! I have been so busy with kids, family, events etc…. Blogging has been the last thing on my mind lately. I am excited to get back into it and share some things with you all! I’m trying to change a few things about my blog but that is a sloooowww process for me. I don’t think I will ever be a blogger that can post every day or even every other day. I will post when I have something fun or yummy to share!
1/2 cup Bacardi Rum
1/2 cup Malibu Coconut Rum
1/4 cup Cream of Coconut
3/4 cup Fresh Lime Juice
1/4 cup Mint Simple Syrup (recipe below)
2-3 cups crushed ice
Put all ingredients in a blender. Puree until all combined and blended. This makes 2 large mojitos.
Mint Simple Syrup
1 cup of water
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of mint leaves torn in half
Bring to a boil and simmer until sugar has completely dissolved. Let cool for an hour. Pour through a mesh strainer and discard mint leaves. Refrigerate any unused portion.
