“Tis the season to be jolly, Fa-La-La-La-La-La-La-La-La”. Tis the season for holiday get-togethers, cookie exchanges, tree-trimming parties, shopping for the perfect gifts and more. These red, white, black and plaid outfit ideas are on the casual side and would work for everyday errands or low-key gatherings. I don’t tend to wear a lot of red most of the year but at Christmastime it make me feel festive and in the holiday spirit. I tried to show how versatile these pieces are and how they be worn with different things. Mix and match to your hearts content! And by the way, quite a few things are on sale!!
This is by far an ugly Christmas sweater! It’s oversized and runs a little big in my opinion. I’m wearing a small. but could have easily done an extra small.
Festive Attire for the Holidays:
If you have some fun outdoor Christmas activities, this jacket will keep you nice and toasty. I got these boots last week when there were some great deals going on. I think I only paid around $30. They have gone up a bit but are still under $45. But I think they look at LOT pricier than they are!
Yessss, I got the dark gray one. If you’ve read earlier posts, I raved about this extra soft sweater. I had bought it in light gray and pink. Then, they went and came out with it in dark gray… and yep, had to have it. They are all on a regular rotation in my closet. You can definitely dress it up or down like I did.
Great LBD alert! This one can be dressed up or down and is under $60. It also comes in a couple of other colors.
Same dress and shirt but a little dressier when I swapped out my sneakers for favorite white and black booties.
Here’s the great plaid shirt from the above outfit. I changed it up paired with distressed denim and warm boots. Great outfit for Christmas tree shopping or any outdoor activities… with a grande Peppermint Mocha, of course.
You could easily throw on a fun hat too with this outfit to change it up a bit.
Here’s the long-sleeve black dress with the great buffalo plaid jacket!
